Our client, a single-family investment office, is looking to onboard an EA.
Responsibilities:
o Organize meetings and schedule
o Passport & UAE visa renewals/applications for family and staff
o Help with the villa project to source materials
o Communicate with banks
o Organize travel, such as booking tickets, hotels, restaurants, and tours
o Research / look into some matters
o Keep track and pay fees related to properties
o File, organize, update, and maintain a record of both business and personal documents
o Personal assistance to the family as well, such as maintenance of the villa, maintenance of the car, family’s insurance, updated family’s necessary documents (passports, visas, Emirates IDs), health checkup, and procuring necessary supplements and maintenance medicine, bills payment, etc.
o File medical insurance claims
Experience : 2-3 years
Salary : AED7000-AED8000
