Executive Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join our finance department, who can actively operate in both domestic and international markets, possesses advanced English skills, and has expertise in financial instruments such as bonds, treasury bills, stocks, and other capital market products.

The person in this role will play a key part in developing the company’s investment and financing strategies, managing reporting and analysis processes, and maintaining professional communication with overseas institutions. The candidate must have no restrictions on domestic or international travel.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on bonds, treasury bills, stocks, and other capital market instruments

Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management

Monitor financial risk and track market trends

Communicate effectively in advanced English with domestic and international investors

Develop projects that enhance the company’s financial performance

Contribute to the preparation of management reports and financial projections

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field

Advanced knowledge of bonds, treasury bills, stocks, and derivative products

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferably holds a Capital Markets Board (SPK) license

Experienced in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting

Proficient in MS Office and preferably in financial data analysis software

Strong communication skills and high analytical thinking ability

Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions
