Senior Executive Assistant

What is the Summary of This Position?


In this role, you will support a senior board executive in both personnel and business matters.


Which Profile Are We Looking For?


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.


What You'll Be Doing?


  • Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements,
  • Send reminders for appointments and follow up on action items,
  • Handle and organize incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence,
  • Provide organizational, logistical, general, and technical support across all processes,
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
