Front Desk Specialist

Responsibilities


  • Welcoming and assisting guests coming to the office
  • Managing incoming calls and other communications
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with building management
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining common office areas
  • Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing documents and cargo
  • Overseeing the receipt of orders and verifying delivery documentation
  • Supporting the organization of internal and external meetings


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
