Personal Assistant

Istanbul, Turkey

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily activities and responsibilities of our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication, both internally and externally.


Responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing daily and weekly schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with efficient agenda management,

• Performing all duties related to personal assistance with attention to detail and confidentiality,

• Managing email and telephone communications on behalf of the executive,

• Preparing for and coordinating the reception of guests and visitors,

• Ensuring prompt resolution of issues through effective communication with domestic and international contacts.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field,

• Minimum 4 years of experience in personal and/or administrative assistant roles,

• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken,

• Excellent diction, communication skills, and a positive, professional demeanor,

• Strong representation and interpersonal skills,

• Outstanding planning, time management, coordination, and follow-up abilities,

• Flexibility to work non-standard and extended hours when necessary.
