Executive Assistant to the Chairman and to the CEO


The ideal candidate should have already gained vast experience as an Executive Assistant to the C Levels preferably in start-up and/or growing business environment in energy, heavy industry and/or commodity/trade.


Company Overview


On behalf of our client, who is in a start-up stage and is growing in many business units focused in energy industry, now is in need to add to its organization the right expertise of Executive Assistant to the Chairman and to the CEO.


Role Overview


The position holder with a driven and high-performing profile, will provide the necessary support to the Chairman and to the CEO.

Exposure to international commodity flows and emerging market operations.

Strong interpersonal, cultural, and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities


The right profile should have the unique expertise in executive assistance with high capability of organization, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong computer proficiency and composing necessary documents, presentations and reports would all be highly needed for the role.


Understanding and awareness of the Chairman’s & the CEO's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly.


Assisting the Chairman & the CEO with daily business activities, scheduling meetings, events and appointments, composing & distributing meeting notes and prioritizing team correspondence, preparing presentations and reports.


Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.


Attend necessary business meetings.


Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.


Follow up with process tasks such as analysis, monitoring, reporting, and assessment as instructed by the Chairman & by the CEO.


Arranging travel and accommodations.


Providing personal assistance, when necessary.


Performing additional duties as assigned.


Keep highly organized while maintaining strong attention to detail.


Required Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.


Fluency in English; both speaking and writing.


Strong computer/administrative tools usage & proficiency as well as MS Office Applications.


Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with the Chairman’s & with the CEO.


Embrace and manage change with an optimistic approach.


Operate well under pressure.


Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.


Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.


Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
