Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related departments of universities, preferably with a Master's degree,

With at least 5-7 years of experience in EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction), FIDIC and international contracts, and contract management experience in large-scale industrial projects (refinery, power plant, petrochemical, etc.),

Competent in contractor and subcontractor agreements, scope of work, completion certificate, change orders, extension of time (EOT), compensations and penalty clauses,

With strong communication skills and technical knowledge to conduct contract analysis, risk identification, revision and negotiation processes,

Proficient in MS Office applications as well as contract/document control systems such as Primavera Contract Manager, SAP, ERP, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.,

Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken), with strong command of technical documentation and contract correspondence,

Job Description
-
Responsible for the preparation, review, interpretation and negotiation of contracts to be made with the Owner, Contractor and Subcontractors within the scope of the project.

Conducts risk analysis for potential disputes within the scope of the contract, prepares and follows related warnings, notifications and correspondence in a timely manner and in accordance with the procedure.

Provides technical and legal support in processes related to contract variation orders, extension of time (EOT), revisions, and completion certificate.

Ensures that subcontractor agreements are prepared in accordance with the scope of work, project schedule and technical specifications; monitors the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Monitors the project-specific contract matrix, payment schedule, guarantee tracking, penalty clauses, and revision requirements based on project progress; shares necessary notifications with relevant departments.

Responsible for contract management, revisions, and handover processes in coordination with the Owner and field teams until project closure, as well as managing our Contract with the Consortium.
