Contract Executive

We are now seeking for a Contract Executive to our team!



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract preparation, negotiation, and execution
  • Experience in EPC or FIDIC type of contracts
  • Excellent command of English is a must, both written and verbal
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Eager to learn and be proactive in any matters
  • Being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and exceptional communication skills
  • Core computer skills (MS Office, pdf editors, etc.)
  • Team oriented person
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally



Job Description



  • Ensuring the preparation of contract drafts appropriate to the content of the work to be shared during the tender process
  • Ensuring the preparation of all subcontracts following the completion of the tender process (Supply, supervision, installation, service, construction, consultancy, engineering, etc.)
  • Managing all contract activities and signature processes in coordination with the Legal Department by following company principles and procedures
  • Ensuring the preparation of additional protocols or addenda to contracts
  • Managing communication and correspondence with subcontractors regarding contracts and purchasing issues
  • Ensuring the preparation of claim letters within the scope of contracts
  • Coordinating the contract approval process between legal, finance and accounting departments to check whether all contract information is compatible with company strategies and company decisions
  • Checking that contracts comply with relevant laws, company and department policies
