İGA Istanbul Airport, Türkiye's gateway to the world , continues its operations as a significant global hub, connecting the Asian, African, and European continents through Istanbul , which is the "meeting point" of different countries and cultures.

In addition to the many awards it has received so far, İGA İstanbul Airport has been awarded "Best Airport of 2023", "Best Airport Shopping Experience in the World" and "Most Family Friendly Airport in the World" by Skytrax. It was also named "Best Airport over 40 Million Passengers in Europe”, “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe” and " Cleanest Airport in Europe" by Airports Council International (ACI). The main goal of İGA is to make Istanbul Airport the world's leading aviation center.

Covering an area of 76.5 million square meters, and only 35 kilometers from the city center, İGA Istanbul Airport is planned to be completed in four phases. Already providing service as part of the first phase with 5 operational runways, a terminal building with a capacity of 90 million passengers, and an Air Traffic Control Tower; İGA Istanbul Airport is expected to reach an annual passenger capacity of 200 million people once all phases are completed.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️

• Review, analyze, and report contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations,
• Monitor contract terms, conditions, pricing, and payments, and provide support to managers when necessary,
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth progress of contract processes,
• Prepare, update, and maintain proper documentation and records of contracts,
• Track contract performance and communicate emerging issues or amendments to the relevant departments,
• Research industry practices and current regulations related to contract management,
• Provide operational support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters,
• Draft contracts or review client-submitted drafts and make necessary revisions,
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders on contractual matters when required,
• Coordinate with legal advisors to obtain necessary support on contractual and legal issues,
• Manage correspondence related to contracts and oversee documentation processes,
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures for contract management and administration in line with company policy,
• Support contract closure, extensions, or renewals when necessary,
• Prepare regular reports on contract processes and present them to management,

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• 2+ years of experience in the relevant field,
• Experience in leasing, sales, and procurement contract management,
• Knowledge of legal matters such as the Turkish Commercial Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations,
• Experience in contract law,
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow processes closely,
• Effective usage of corporate language and strong negotiation skills,
• Great level of competency in English,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues, other departmens and stakeholders,
• Always setting the bar higher for oneself and the team with a continuous improvement mindset,
