We are currently seeking a
“Executive Assistant”
to join our team at the Istanbul headquarters of
Howden
.
Key Responsibilities:

To organize the daily / weekly / monthly work schedule and working environment of the Regional CEO to prepare business and travel plans, follow his agenda.

To manage appointment, meeting, telephone, e-mail and agenda traffic, welcome and direct visiting guests.

To make domestic and international correspondence, when necessary, on behalf of the manager
-
To support Regional CEO in analysis and presentations when needed
-
To ensure that the flow of reports and information is timely
-
To arrange and update the meeting calendar and agendas of the Regional CEO, to make preliminary preparations for the meeting and ensure its organization.

To ensure that meetings of the Regional CEO, events, seminars, appointments and travel programs are coordinated with the agenda.

To provide all kinds of flight, hotel and transfer organization for the travels of the manager (Regional CEO/Chairman)

To check the accuracy of all reservations and ensure their domestic and international coordination.

To carry out the passport and visa procedures of the manager in coordination with the relevant department / agency when necessary.

Reservation etc. that may take place before/during/after travel. providing support in emergencies.
Job Requirements:

University Degree
-
Senior management assistant experience of min 6-7 years in in a large-scale global or local organization.

Advanced organization and planning skills with effective prioritization.

High agility and ability to manage time-stressed and urgent situations.

Solution based mindset with good networking and collaborating skills .

Impactful communication skills with all stakeholders and cultures.
-
Fluency in English.
