Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives within the Engineering & Construction functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Executive Support:

· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.

· Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

· Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.

· Operational Coordination:

· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

· Support Engineering & Construction teams with documentation, reporting, and tracking.

· Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and innovation challenges.

· Document & Communication Management:

· Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and communications.

· Maintain filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of records.

· Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives when required.

· Project Assistance:

· Support special projects and initiatives, including budget tracking and vendor coordination.

· Assist in preparing materials for audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
