What you’ll do:

Manage and optimize the General Manager’s calendar
, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Proactively anticipate changes and ensure smooth time management. High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar tools is a must.

Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications
, including emails, calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely follow-up and clear information flow by managing responses, forwarding relevant messages, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
for the General Manager and relevant teams, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all plans align with company travel policies and approval procedures. Liaise with the procurement team for final bookings and confirmations.

Coordinate and organize meetings and events
, both on-site and off-site, including scheduling, booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting light roadshow and event arrangements when required. Primarily assist the General Manager, while providing occasional support to the leadership team when needed.

Transform diverse inputs into polished presentations and executive reports
, maintaining visual consistency and clarity across all materials. Strong attention to design and formatting details is essential.

Organize and coordinate internal and external events
, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Handle all related logistics such as venue reservations, catering arrangements, and attendee coordination to ensure seamless execution.

Handle employee expense reports
, conducting preliminary checks and preparing them for final review and approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in field at least 3 years

A bachelor’s degree

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools (Outlook).

Discreet, professional, and adaptable, able to act as a reliable bridge between teams and stakeholders.
