Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage issues before they arise.
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, board members, and external partners.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile materials, and record minutes or action items.
  • Follow up on deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Track expenses, process reimbursements, and support budget management.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to information.

Strategic Support

  • Conduct research, prepare briefings, and summarize key information to support decision-making.
  • Act as a sounding board for the CEO, offering input on priorities, communication, and workflow.
  • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
