Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage issues before they arise.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, board members, and external partners.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile materials, and record minutes or action items.
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Handle confidential documents and information with the highest level of discretion.
- Track expenses, process reimbursements, and support budget management.
- Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to information.
Strategic Support
- Conduct research, prepare briefings, and summarize key information to support decision-making.
- Act as a sounding board for the CEO, offering input on priorities, communication, and workflow.
- Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
