Our client, a leading global alternative asset manager is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a dynamic group of senior professionals in its New York office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of 10+ investment professionals.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones

Arranging domestic and international travel

Handling phone coverage, expense reports, and document coordination

Serving as a liaison with external partners and vendors

Assisting with internal events and team initiatives

Collaborating with administrative colleagues to ensure seamless office coverage, including participating in a rotating Friday schedule

Maintaining utmost discretion when managing confidential materials, including legal documents, presentations, and sensitive communications
Qualifications:

3–4+ years of administrative or office management experience, ideally within financial services

Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior professionals simultaneously

High proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
