Location: Midtown Manhattan

Compensation: $95K-$125K + bonus


Our client, a leading global alternative asset manager is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a dynamic group of senior professionals in its New York office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of 10+ investment professionals.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Handling phone coverage, expense reports, and document coordination
  • Serving as a liaison with external partners and vendors
  • Assisting with internal events and team initiatives
  • Collaborating with administrative colleagues to ensure seamless office coverage, including participating in a rotating Friday schedule
  • Maintaining utmost discretion when managing confidential materials, including legal documents, presentations, and sensitive communications


Qualifications:

  • 3–4+ years of administrative or office management experience, ideally within financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior professionals simultaneously
  • High proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
