We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to General Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars for the executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assist executives in preparing for meetings, including compiling agendas, materials, and briefing notes
  • Respond to emails and handle document requests on behalf of the executives
  • Draft presentations, meeting notes, and other documents as needed
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting all required reports in a timely and accurate manner



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and handle logistics efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
