Job description

The Client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and meeting minutes.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Coordinate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management.

Assist in planning corporate events, reviews, and business meetings.

Conduct follow-ups on tasks, pending items, and project updates.

Manage expense reports, office documentation, and administrative workflows.

Support executives in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and retail store teams as required.

Handle filing, record management, and documentation accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in Saudi Arabia.

Experience in the retail sector is highly preferred.

Strong English communication (Arabic is an added advantage).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Professional and presentable, with strong interpersonal skills
