We are looking for an “ Executive Assistant” to provide services for our client, whom we are consulting.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Undergraduate or two-years associate degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, Office Management, Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in similar senior-level administrative support roles
  • Proven ability to effectively manage Ceo’s agendas, communication, and coordination processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, responsible, and strong in follow-up
  • Presentable and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a professional presence
  • Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced work environments, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Committed to ethical standards, confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion


JOB DESCRIBTION



  • Efficiently managing dynamic calendars
  • Organizing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows
  • Providing comprehensive support to Ceo coordinating meetings, calls, and correspondence
  • Quickly evaluating incoming requests, inquiries, and issues, offering solution-oriented approaches
  • Planning and managing domestic and international business travel; handling passport, visa, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
  • Managing logistics and payment processes for business trips
  • Preparing, organizing, and tracking reports, presentations, and documents for Ceo
  • Preparing agendas, reminder lists, taking meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Coordinating projects and tasks, monitoring progress, and supporting timely completion
  • Tracking expenditures of the CEO and preparing relevant reports
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration in team and external stakeholders
  • Managing general administrative processes, including mail, courier services, and office supplies
  • Welcoming, guiding, and hosting visitors
  • Prioritizing tasks and processes to optimize executive time management
