Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and legal support to ensure the effective functioning of the Managing Director’s office. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, support for day-to-day business activities, participation in client meetings, and review and coordination of legal and commercial documentation. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate legal, contractual, and commercial documents in consultation with legal advisors.
  • Assist in organising and participating in client meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a key coordination point between the MD and internal departments, customers, partners, and external consultants.
  • Track key action items, deadlines, and commitments and ensure timely closure.
  • Support contract administration, NDA management, and document execution processes.
  • Maintain organized and confidential records of legal, commercial, and corporate documents.
  • Assist in drafting official correspondence, reports, presentations, marketing& social media and management summaries.
  • Support compliance, governance, and statutory documentation as required at various time zones.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law with a Business, Management, or Commerce background preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Executive, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate governance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanour with strong stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
