Looking for highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and COO within a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and COO
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones
  • Act as a key point of contact between the executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence, emails, and calls in both Arabic and English
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive briefing materials

Business & Operational Support

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and executive off-sites
  • Take accurate minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure timely execution
  • Support operational and strategic initiatives across retail operations and corporate functions
  • Liaise with senior leadership, store operations teams, suppliers, landlords, and partners

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries
  • Manage accommodation, transportation, and executive expenses

Confidentiality & Stakeholder Management

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders, government entities, and regional partners as required
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
