Founded in 2011, Yapıchem Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. supplies high-quality specialty chemicals to the Concrete, Cement, and Construction sectors in Turkey through its extensive production network, innovation-driven approach, and international distributor network.

As Yapıchem Kimya, we are rapidly expanding our team and are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the General Manager who will add value to our growing organization.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Istanbul for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the General Manager. This role includes managing the GM’s calendar, planning meetings, preparing meeting notes, supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and assisting with personal and professional coordination needs. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage fast-paced executive workflows.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily agenda, meetings, travel arrangements, and overall schedule of the General Manager
  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on meeting notes, action items, and internal communication
  • Coordinate effective information flow between the General Manager and all departments
  • Support the GM in personal and administrative tasks when required
  • Organize internal and external meetings, visits, and executive-level arrangements
  • Ensure timely follow-up of tasks, commitments, and operational priorities
  • Draft and edit reports, presentations, correspondences, and documents
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
  • Assist with planning company-wide communication and internal coordination needs
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the GM's workflow runs efficiently


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar coordination/administrative role
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred
  • Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
  • Flexibility to travel to company facilities (Tuzla, Ataşehir etc.) as needed
