Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (No Overtime)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished
Executive Assistant
to serve as the backbone of operational excellence for a central staff team supporting a high-level President at a global technology leader. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-stakes logistics, and support executive leadership while maintaining the highest standards of professional communication and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Complex Calendar Management:
Partner in sophisticated calendar support for a President, executing decisions around prioritization and maintaining constant communication with management.

Meeting & Event Logistics:
Manage end-to-end meeting preparation, including vetting attendee lists, booking conference rooms, and ensuring prep materials are delivered on time.

Travel & Expenses:
Partner in executive-level travel coordination and expense reporting.

Project Coordination:
Drive actions for team events (developing workback schedules and checkpoints), manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and oversee team hardware procurement.

Professional Communication:
Proactively drive polished, professional communications with executive teams and external partners.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:
5–7 years of administrative experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported executive-level leadership.

Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level skills in
Microsoft Office 365
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Availability:
Must be able to commit to the full potential 18-month duration and work onsite in Redmond 5 days a week.

Discretion:
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality due to the security-sensitive nature of the work.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 10 lbs for equipment handling/procurement tasks.

Education:
High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business is a significant plus.
