Executive Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the business. This is a hands-on, entry-level role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.

The role involves a mix of administrative support, travel coordination, payment processing, and general operational assistance, with opportunities to gain exposure to financial and business matters as experience grows.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Family Office team and Principal
  • Act as a concierge for the Principal, coordinating travel (flights, hotels, visas, restaurants, itineraries)
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate household or lifestyle-related logistics for the Family Office Principal
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine requests

Payments & Finance Support

  • Assist with processing payments, invoices, and expenses (including personal expenses for the Principal)
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with banks, service providers, and vendors
  • Support basic financial administration under supervision

Business & Office Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Support operational tasks related to projects and ongoing business activities
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and routine payments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; interest in using technology to improve efficiency
  • Exposure to financial services, professional services, or corporate environments is a plus
  • Basic understanding of accounting, payments, or invoicing is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, take direction, and adapt in a small-team environment

Role Progression

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
