Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to $125K - Board Level Support and Executive Operations!

Our client, a rapidly growing technology organization, is seeking an experience Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to several senior leaders. The Executive Assistant will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings and travel, and will act as a trusted partner in a highly visible role. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of executive support experience, ideally within biotech, and is comfortable supporting multiple people.

  • Responsibilities include managing intricate, high‑volume executive calendars while proactively resolving conflicts and protecting priority time; coordinating domestic and occasional international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning; overseeing expense reporting with accuracy and policy awareness; serving as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders; preparing leadership for meetings through agenda coordination and follow‑up tracking; supporting leadership meetings, offsites, and board‑related logistics; maintaining highly organized systems for documents, workflows, and confidential information; contributing to cross‑functional initiatives and providing coverage support to the broader administrative team.
  • The ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of experience supporting C‑level executives; proven success managing dual or multi‑executive support models; strong judgment, discretion, and executive presence; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in dynamic environments; experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or publicly traded organizations preferred; and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
