Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide high‑level, day‑to‑day administrative support to a group of Senior Executives, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, maintaining contacts and distribution lists, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of supported executives for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders across Athene and key contacts at external organizations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and off‑site events, managing all related logistics and follow‑up communications.
  • Allocate, review, and process executive expenses using the Concur expense management system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Author and manage follow‑up correspondence to communicate updates, deadlines, and project‑specific information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members, including scheduling, access setup, and office readiness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize data, create presentations, and support reporting and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support executive and office operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience is required, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Concur, Microsoft Teams and Salesforce a plus.
  • Solid understanding of office administrative procedures and operating standard office equipment.
  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities – demonstrating a positive attitude with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills vital to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education & work experience preferred.

$70,362.40 - $105,543.60 USD Annual

Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
