Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for VP of Ops.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
Operational Assistance:
- Assist in organizing and tracking key projects and initiatives across Operations.
- Help in compiling and maintaining operational metrics and performance data.
- Monitor action items and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internal communications, announcements, and event logistics.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Serve as a key point of contact between Operations and other departments.
- Communicate and follow up with stakeholders to support project delivery and information flow.
- Attend and take minutes during departmental or cross-functional meetings.
General Office Management:
- Ensure supplies, equipment, and office needs are proactively managed.
- Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and offsites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Experience supporting multiple executives is a strong advantage.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
