The Administrative Coordinator provides senior-level administrative support to airport operations leadership, keeping executives organized, informed, and compliant in a fast-paced public sector environment. The role manages executive calendars, meetings, travel, procurement, budgets, reports, and board materials while handling sensitive matters independently. This position coordinates purchasing and payments, prepares presentations and meeting minutes, supports public meetings under Florida Sunshine Law, and serves as a liaison across departments, vendors, and government agencies. Daily work relies heavily on Microsoft Office, financial and procurement systems, document management tools, and strong written communication. Success requires discretion, organization, comfort with deadlines, and experience supporting leadership in government, aviation, or highly regulated environments.
Compensation:
$22/hr to $29/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
