Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) at KPMG will provide high-level administrative and business support to our Partners. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage schedules, coordinate communications, and support daily operations. The EA acts as a key point of contact and ensures the efficient handling of confidential information and priorities across two dynamic leadership functions.
Responsibilities

Organizing, arranging, and prioritizing meetings to ensure efficient scheduling

Booking international and domestic flights, hotels, and transportation

Preparing and submitting visa applications and required travel documents

Processing and claiming business expenses in a timely manner

Completing and maintaining accurate timesheets

Managing and optimizing the executive’s calendar and daily agenda

Handling signature requests and approvals to ensure smooth workflow operations
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
