We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast paced environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high level administrative support to executives and their teams

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls

Arrange travel and handle logistics for meetings and events

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

Handle information requests and support ad hoc research needs

Greet visitors and serve as a point of contact across internal teams

Adapt processes and workflows to support team and departmental goals

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role

Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Experience with calendar management and scheduling

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset

Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including formatting, tables, and mail merges

Knowledge of general office procedures including scheduling, correspondence, and expense management

Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and interact with senior leadership
Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s degree preferred
