Executive Assistant

7i Holding is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director.

Professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required to effectively perform the responsibilities of this role.


This position plays a critical role in ensuring the structured, efficient, and professional operation of the Managing Director’s office within a fast-paced corporate environment.


Role Purpose

The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary coordination point for the Managing Director, managing priorities, facilitating executive-level communication, and ensuring seamless operational flow.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, board materials, and presentations
  • Organize leadership and board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and executive itineraries
  • Liaise with Legal, HR, Finance, and external partners
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute discretion
  • Prepare briefing materials, research reports, and executive summaries
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist in crisis coordination and executive communication
  • Oversee filing systems, documentation control, and office workflow


Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4–6 years’ experience supporting C-level or Director-level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency - Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations and board materials
  • Strong organizational discipline and executive presence
  • Ability and flexibility to operate beyond standard office hours when business demands require
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and resilience


Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in structured corporate environments
  • Familiarity with board procedures and governance frameworks
