Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, site visits, and appointments
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
• Handle email correspondence and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with logistics for staging projects, including inventory coordination and scheduling deliveries
• Maintain organized records, contracts, and files
• Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Experience in real estate, interior design, or staging is a plus
