Founder's Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant — Part-Time

Location: Amarillo, TX (must be local)Hours: 5–10 hours/week to start, with growth potentialCompensation: $16–$20/hour based on experienceReports to: Founder/CEO

About the Role

I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support me as a Founder/CEO.

This role is designed to create space, reduce overwhelm, and ensure things actually get done both in my business and day-to-day life.

You'll help keep operations running smoothly, support key projects, and allow me to stay focused on growth, leadership, and big-picture priorities.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and follows through. This role has significant growth potential as the business scales, with opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and hours.

What You'll Do

Admin & Communications

  • Manage and triage inbox daily; draft and send responses on my behalf
  • Own my calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, and protecting focus time

Project Coordination

  • Track open projects and action items
  • Follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help bring structure and clarity to moving pieces

Content & Personal Brand Support

  • Turn voice notes, ideas, and conversations into draft plans
  • Maintain a content bank
  • Assist with light coordination of emails, posts, and events
  • Help ensure consistency behind the scenes

Events

  • Coordinate logistics (venue, communication, timelines)
  • Assist with setup and flow during events as needed
  • Handle follow-up and organization after events

Personal Assistance (Local)

  • Run occasional errands (returns, pickups, etc.)
  • Help manage personal scheduling and logistics
  • Support day-to-day organization and flow

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written communication: you can write in someone else's voice
  • Highly proactive: you anticipate needs and solve problems early
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Asana, and other software systems
  • Local to Amarillo for in-person support
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
