Our client, a highly regarded private equity firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a team in its New York office.
This is an opportunity for an EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys providing seamless, traditional administrative support to a busy deal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and resourceful, with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities:

Provide heavy calendar management for team, including complex scheduling across time zones and frequent priority shifts.

Manage high-volume correspondence and phone coverage, serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, visas (as needed), and real-time adjustments.

Track receipts and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare meeting materials, coordinate conference room logistics, and greet clients and visitors.

Assist with team-wide initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc administrative requests.

Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage, continuity, and smooth workflow across the broader team.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or another fast-paced corporate environment.

Demonstrated experience with heavy scheduling and complex travel coordination.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Experience with expense reporting platforms (e.g., Concur or similar systems).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
