Executive Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Concierge / Office Manager to provide direct support to family principals, manage lifestyle and concierge services, and oversee day-to-day office operations, to be assigned within one of Turkey’s largest holding groups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar, meeting, and travel management
  • High-level correspondence, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • End-to-end lifestyle and concierge management for family members
  • Bespoke travel planning and management of complex itineraries
  • Priority access and personalized reservations across clubs, and events
  • Coordination of healthcare, education, wellness, and other curated private services
  • Oversight and coordination of other family-related expenses, including tracking and organization of payments (properties, utilities, service charges, household costs)
  • Management of vendors and service providers
  • Proactive, anticipatory support aligned with family preferences
  • Execution of urgent and last-minute requests with absolute confidentiality
  • Oversight of daily office operations, vendors, contracts, and expenses



Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Private PA, Executive Assistant, or luxury service environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Management, or related fields
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Highly organized, discreet, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in high-expectation, fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs
