Executive Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trusted professional to serve as Executive Assistant to our CEO and Board of Directors. This is more than an administrative role. It's a key position at the center of our organization, ensuring our leadership team operates efficiently, our Board is well-supported, and our cooperative runs smoothly.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and take pride in being the person who "keeps everything on track," this role is for you.

In this role, you'll serve as:

• A trusted partner to the CEO
• A coordinator of governance and Board operations
• A project manager keeping priorities moving forward
• A gatekeeper and connector across the organization

What You Bring

• 3 years of executive administrative or similar experience
• Experience supporting senior leadership and/or a Board of Directors preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication, especially in preparing professional documents and meeting minutes
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
