Job Summary
Full time position available in the Boulder County area assisting a successful author. Flexible hours. This position will allow some remote work, but candidate must be available to work-in person some days each week.
Job duties include correspondence (including email, Google Docs, and physical mail), scheduling, calendar management (including personal appointments), filing, database management, travel planning, and special projects.
Employee should have a strong work ethic, be well organized, and have excellent ability to prioritize tasks. They should also have a professional phone manner, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be flexible. Strong written and verbal communication skills including composition are needed. We are a small office, so candidate must be self-directed and have a meticulous attention to detail.
Computer skills are essential. The employee must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word. Also working knowledge in Google Drive/Docs, Dropbox, and Zoom. Other skills include fast keyboarding ability, facility with social media, and willingness to take on new duties and learn new skills.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
