  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handling of incoming telephone calls, receiving guests and attending to their requests.

-Handling enquiries thru the general email and forwarding to the respective sales/technical person in-charge.

-Provide T/A assistance Arranging business travels for the team and overseas guests including ticket/hotel bookings, transportation and meetings, acting as expenses controller being Responsible for coordinating, preparing and

submitting monthly expenses to the finance and ensure accuracy and timing of submission.

-Responsible for coordinating, preparing and submitting monthly expenses to the finance and ensure accuracy and timing of submission.

-Responsible for organized and systematic maintenance of admin files as well as sales order and proposal documents of sales team for efficient and convenient retrieval of documents.


  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

-Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience is required.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word – Excell – PowerPoint) minimum – any more tool is a plus.

-To be self-motivated and to be able to use own initiative and to take ownership of projects.

-Good command of communication skills both orally and in writing.
