Executive Assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director (Construction / Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director in a dynamic design, build, and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and strategic priorities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on behalf of the Director
• Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Track project updates, key decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in business operations, planning, and executive-level coordination
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
• Organize meetings, record minutes, and monitor action points

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction, real estate, or fit-out industry
• Prior experience supporting senior management or Director-level executives
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and professional documentation
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Valid UAE driving license
• Experience in design & build / project-based companies
