Executive Assistant

Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our Founder | CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems
  • Assist with special projects and event planning (local travel required) as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
