Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board

Aras Holding is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chairman of the Board. This role is well-suited for professionals who excel in international, high-impact environments and are motivated to work in close alignment with senior leadership.

In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to the Chairman , working closely with top-level leadership while gaining high exposure to international business operations, particularly through coordination with our group company, Austrian Post .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), capable of supporting non-Turkish speaking executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and domestic and overseas travel arrangements.
• Coordinate documentation, signature processes, and Board-related materials (including agendas and minutes)
• Act as a key liaison between the Chairman, internal teams, and international stakeholders, including Austrian Post
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and German
• Track strategic priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
• Support executive meetings and organizational events with strong coordination skills
• Navigate dynamic schedules and shifting priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism.
