Executive Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support executive leadership by managing a wide range of administrative and office management tasks. Duties

  • Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations with keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and basic QuickBooks accounting functions.
  • Support personal assistant responsibilities including travel arrangements, event planning, and confidential information handling
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently through effective prioritization and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role within an office setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse workplaces.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems, customer service interactions, and front desk responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar financial management tools.
  • Previous experience in office management or clerical roles that required proofing documents and managing filing systems.
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valued too.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Pay: $500.00 - $750.00 per week

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
