A prominent investment firm in NYC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience out of a professional services environment.
This role is on-site five days per week
Hours 8:30-5 pm, with overtime needed on occasion
Salary: $90-100K base
Responsibilities:

Support the team by providing executive-level administrative assistance and coordination.

Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

Create, modify, and manage business documents with high attention to detail.

Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing competing requests effectively.

Oversee arrangements for formal meetings and liaise with professional organizations.

Perform research, administrative, and analytical duties to support decision-making.

Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Develop awareness of business activities and corporate culture for informed decision-making.

Act as a liaison with boards and professional organizations.

Conduct research and provide analytical support for projects.

Process expense reports and invoices using Concur.
Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.

5+ years of corporate administrative support experience, preferably in a global organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior management and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.

Ability to act independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with expense reporting and invoice processing systems like Concur.
