The Executive Assistant provides
high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management. This
role works in close coordination with the Secretary to ensure smooth daily
operations, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, confidentiality,
and alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
2.1 Required Educational Level
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) or Professional Administrative
Certification

Risk and Compliance Certification (CRCM)
2.2 Required Experience
Minimum: 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Preferred: 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level management.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Calendar Management: Executive Assistants are responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient time management. This includes prioritizing engagements and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Communication Handling: They act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders, screening calls, emails, and messages to prioritize urgent matters. This role requires maintaining professionalism and discretion while managing sensitive information.

Document Preparation: They prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, ensuring that the executive is well-prepared for discussions and decision-making.

Event Coordination: Executive Assistants often plan and coordinate events, both internal and external, ensuring that all details are managed effectively.

Administrative Support: This includes performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. They may also assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
