Executive Assistant

Our family owned automotive group is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support our ownership team. This role serves as a direct representative of the President, Vice President, and CFO. You will be the primary face of our executive office, ensuring our values and professional standards are upheld in every interaction.

The Role

This is a high trust, part time position. You will create an elite experience for our manufacturers and VIP guests while providing administrative support to the ownership family. This role is designed for a professional who values a consistent mid day schedule and high impact work.

What You Will Do

* Represent the ownership family in various face to face interactions
* Host and manage visits from manufacturer representatives with total professionalism
* Provide administrative support and project management for the executive team
* Manage executive communications and phone inquiries with a warm tone
* Maintain essential organizational tools and spreadsheets for group operations

What We Are Looking For

* Strong social intelligence and a professional presence
* Proven experience in a face to face role with high level responsibilities
* A self starter who anticipates needs and handles tasks with autonomy
* Absolute integrity and discretion regarding family and business interests
* Strong competence in professional phone etiquette and spreadsheets
* Comfortable utilizing digital tools

Details and Compensation

This is a part time, hourly position based in our group offices in Boise.

* Pay Range: $27.00 to $37.00 per hour based on experience and skillset
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* Status: Part time
