Executive Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team and support our leadership with professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm. This vital role includes but is not limited to:

Duties

  • Schedule meetings with customers
  • Handle incoming calls overflow calls demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Assist with reporting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with maintaining and editing website pricing and images
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including calendar management, appointment reminders, and task prioritization
  • Proven office assistance experience with a minimum of several years working in administrative roles or as an executive assistant
  • Strong clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Customer Relationship Management tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
