We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and administrative functions within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Support communication and coordination between departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and assist leadership in prioritizing tasks and schedules.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and administrative documentation.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, and executive activities.
- Foster a professional and collaborative office environment.
- Resolve administrative issues and support conflict resolution when necessary.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
