The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials

  • Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and written communications on behalf of leadership

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (both electronic and physical)

  • Support meeting logistics, including conference room setup and virtual meeting coordination

  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative tracking

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
