is seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to support senior executive leadership.
This role sits at the centre of a complex, fast‑paced environment and requires a high level of discretion, organisational excellence, and the ability to support multiple senior leaders operating across global time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness by providing seamless administrative and coordination support while championing best practice and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Provide high‑level executive support to multiple members of the
C‑suite / Executive Committee
, handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and sound judgment.

Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, balancing shifting priorities, executive commitments, and external stakeholder engagements.

Coordinate extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport, and itinerary management.

Support the preparation, formatting, and coordination of executive‑level materials, including presentations, reports, briefing packs, and correspondence to a professional, consistent standard.

Act as a central point of coordination for executive administration, ensuring processes, workflows, and documentation are well managed and continuously improved.

Manage expense processing and approvals in line with internal governance and reporting requirements.

Provide ad‑hoc administrative and operational support to executive leadership and senior management as required, responding flexibly to changing needs.

Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals to ensure seamless support coverage and consistent ways of working.
Qualifications

Proven experience supporting
C‑suite or senior executive leadership
, ideally within a large, global or matrixed organisation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working across international teams and cultures.

Proficiency in preparing executive‑level documents and presentations, with a strong command of MS Office and related tools.

Calm, proactive, and highly adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and operate effectively in a demanding environment.
