Executive Assistant to Founder & Managing Director

Dubai | 25,000–35,000 AED per month


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Managing Director of a highly successful international business with operations across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the UK.


This is a pivotal role supporting an entrepreneurial and fast-paced Founder who oversees multiple projects, international stakeholders and global operations. The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand, providing seamless support across business and personal administration whilst helping to manage priorities, logistics and day-to-day operations.


This role requires someone who enjoys working closely alongside their principal and being present within the business. The Managing Director is office-based in Dubai, therefore the successful candidate will also be expected to work primarily from the office, with flexibility offered when the Managing Director is travelling internationally.


The role will involve:

  • Complex diary management across multiple international time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, itineraries and logistics, often at short notice
  • Managing emails, correspondence and communications on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Preparing briefing documents, meeting materials and presentations
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with meeting coordination, agendas and follow-up actions
  • Managing confidential documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing ad hoc business and personal support as required
  • Occasional international travel alongside the Managing Director


They are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience supporting a Founder, CEO or Managing Director within a fast-paced environment
  • Is currently based in Dubai or already established within the UAE
  • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Has strong communication skills and a professional, confident approach
  • Is comfortable managing changing priorities and working across different time zones
  • Can operate with complete discretion and confidentiality
  • Is proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
  • Is flexible with working hours and international travel requirements
  • Previous exposure to entrepreneurial environments, international businesses or project-driven industries would be highly advantageous.
