Kepler is the only company providing accommodation and shower services within the terminal building of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

As of 2024, Kepler has expanded its international operations by launching services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and opening its third location at Riga International Airport, now operating across three different countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management
• Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
• Regularly follow up on processes, action items, and pending tasks
• Plan and coordinate meetings and organizational activities
• Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Ensure coordination between different departments
• Support daily office and operational workflows
• Support procurement approval processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to understand tasks and responsibilities comprehensively and act proactively beyond expectations
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible working approach
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Adaptable to a dynamic working environment
• Fluent English is mandatory
