Executive Assistant

Premier Quantitative Consulting, Inc. (PQC, Inc.) is a small economic and financial consulting firm seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to assist the two Principals of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, personable, dynamic, and highly organized individual with at least 3 years of full-time experience as an executive assistant.

This role is full-time, in-person at our Orlando office. Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives
• Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
• Greet visitors at the front desk, direct them appropriately, and maintain a welcoming office environment
• Organize files, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications
• Assist with receiving payments from clients, as well as with invoicing
• Support office management activities including supply ordering

Skills

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Proven ability to manage calendar schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle personal assistant responsibilities
• Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers
• Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining high typing speeds

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
